  Founded in Marseille in 2010, the JOTT Group, owner of the iconic puffer jacket brand, is currently seeking buyers. Placed under judicial reorganization since December 18, 2025, its court-appointed administrators, AJILINK (represented by Mr. Frédéric Avazeri) and Horizon AJ (represented by Ms. Johanna Fabre), have launched a call for tenders with a deadline set for January 30, 2026.

  JOTT stands for “Just Over The Top!” The JOTT Group owns the JOTT puffer jackets, an iconic Marseille-based brand of casual urban ready-to-wear founded in 2010. With the investment fund L Catterton entering the capital in 2022, the group has undergone a major transformation in recent years, shifting from a wholesale business to the development of a true retail network.
  The group currently distributes its full collections of outerwear and casual accessories through a network of original and colorful concept stores, as well as via wholesale clients. Benefiting from strong brand awareness and high visibility in France, JOTT is also present in Spain, Italy, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Luxembourg, Germany, Portugal, the Netherlands, Belgium, Hong Kong, and through distributors notably in Eastern Europe, Asia, and North America.

  A pioneer in the rise of premium puffer jackets thanks to high-quality, functional, and affordable products, JOTT offers clothing with a strong identity, inspired by the Mediterranean lifestyle and perfectly suited to urban living.

  Currently facing difficulties, JOTT Operations and JOTT France were placed under the protection of the Marseille Economic Activities Court on December 18, 2025.

  SAS JOTT Operations is responsible for garment manufacturing and employs 97 people. In 2024, this entity generated revenues of €54.8 million. SARL JOTT France, dedicated to retail activities, operates a network of owned stores and outlets throughout France. JOTT France employs 183 people and generated revenues of €24.9 million in 2024.

  Overall, the group represents approximately 360 employees, consolidated revenues of around €70 million, a network of 70 directly operated points of sale (44 in France), more than 60 franchised/affiliated stores primarily in France, and 500 resellers across 40 countries.
  The court-appointed administrators have initiated a call for tenders to identify a buyer. The deadline for submitting offers is January 30, 2026 at 3:00 PM.
